At Springfontein we believe the whole team is reflecting that not only Springfontein’s soil, climate, vine and wine treat-ment is unique, but also, and in particular, its family: The diverse cultural backgrounds, varied personalities and generations play a major role in shaping Springfontein’s vision of terroir. And, over all, we strongly believe that the people are part of the terroir.

So, with Tariro Masayiti, joining us in 2012 we have a COO and winemaker which is inimitably representing the continent. And the like applies for Tariro’s wife, Hildegard Witbooi. Both, Hildegard and Tariro, will shortly become co-shareholders of Springfontein. But our team is much bigger.
